Free UK delivery on every order
No minimum spend, no threshold, no surprise at checkout. Whether you're buying a £12 accessory or a set of four alloys, delivery is free.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 working day of being placed. Orders placed before our cut-off usually go out the same day; anything placed after the cut-off, or at weekends and on bank holidays, is processed the next working day.
You'll get a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Most UK mainland orders arrive within 2–4 working days from dispatch.
Some parts ship direct from the manufacturer or authorised dealer, which occasionally adds a day. If anything looks like it'll take longer than expected, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Remote areas — the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands can take a few days longer. Heavy items such as batteries and wheels are especially affected.
Heavy and hazardous items
Car batteries are classed as hazardous goods and go by a dedicated courier. They can't be delivered to some remote postcodes, and they can't go by standard post. If there's a problem with your postcode we'll contact you before taking payment.
What we can't deliver to
- PO Box addresses — we need a full physical address
- Outside the UK — we don't currently ship internationally
Someone needs to be there
Batteries and wheels are heavy and need signing for. If nobody's in, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. Please make sure the delivery address is somewhere you can receive a heavy parcel during working hours.
