30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — more than double the 14 days the law requires.

To be eligible, the item needs to be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with any tags, accessories and documentation included.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item? We cover it

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and, once we've verified the claim, we'll email you a prepaid return label. When the item reaches us we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

What we need from you

To approve the claim and send the prepaid label, please include:

  • Clear photos or a video of the item as it arrived, showing the damage, defect or wrong product
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package
  • Photos of the outer box or packaging, including any visible damage

Send these as soon as you can after delivery. It's what lets us verify the issue and get your replacement or refund moving quickly. Claims without this proof may be treated as change-of-mind returns, in which case standard return postage applies.

Changed your mind?

No problem — you've got 30 days. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the return postage.

A word of warning on batteries and wheels: they're heavy, and return postage on a 17kg battery isn't cheap. If you're unsure whether a part fits, ask us before you order. Send us your registration and we'll check. It takes us two minutes and saves you the cost and the hassle.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Our 30-day window is in addition to that, not instead of it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Card refunds usually show up within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Where a return is our fault — damaged, faulty or wrong item — we refund the full amount including any postage you paid.
